A Quasi-Analytic Behavioral Model for the Single-electron Transistor

for Hybrid MOS/SET Circuit Simulation

In this research, a model of the SET is developed with the aim of having a quasi-analyrical expression of the main electric characteristics of the device that can be used in the electric simulation of hybrid circuits. The model is recast in a VERILOG-A piece of code.
